After buying this to get ideas for an outside fountain I want to build I am rethinking hand painted tiles for my back-splash in the kitchen and may do a mosaic mural instead. I also love the fish ideas and am working on incorporating them into my new tile shower cabinet.. "Good Ideas" according to Paula E. This book had a lot of good ideas. It would be nicer to see the actual piece done in mosaic, instead of sketch.. S. Thompson said 50 Mosaic Murals. This book had some interesting ideas, but I bought it thinking it was a book of 50 ACTUAL murals in mosaic. I was really disappointed to see they were all just computer generated patterns for mosaic. There were no photos of real projects made from the patterns. I can't recommend this book to anybody. Sorry.
