This forces you to either wait until January to start using it, or Jump ahead to the day that you actually want to start on, or rewrite the heading to every page. Very disappointed.. Best 5-Year Journal Ever Finally, a 5-year journal I'm excited about. There are 6 lines for writing each day's entry in this journal, and, for me, that makes all the difference. I've tried 3 other 5-year journals, and each time, I abandon it within a couple weeks, because there is so little room to write, that my entries are crammed and sloppy. I understand that the purpose of a 5-year journal is to record short snippets each day, but 3 lines just isn't enough space. Even 5-lined journals weren't enough for me.
