The book itself doesn't actually give a quick start introduction to anything except the basic idea behind Agile project management (which, I might add, you could easily discover on your own through a Google search) and then it proceeds to repeat the same generalized information for about 100 pages. You will certainly not walk away "mastering" anything after reading this book. There are no concrete steps or examples that one might use to actually understand how to impl.
