Bow Wow! Spencer Quinn's dog narrated books are pure pleasure. I'm a seventy year old adult and, although the intended audience for Birdie and Bowser's adventures is much, much younger, I wouldn't want to miss the delight I always feel when reading and listening.. I feel these are definitely appropriate for the younger generation. If I was still teaching I would be reading these to my students. I know the kids would love this series..
