General Knowledge and know how JJ This book is great if you need basic quick knowledge on the subject. I purchased 3 books about car wrecks and personal injury. This one is a easy read and quick. I liked his formula which talks about the work you lost plus the cost of the accident plus pain and suffering. I don't know why he times it by 1-5. The only trouble is most car wrecks are difficult to nail down in cost and insurance adjusters have the upper hand on us. I don't know all the legal stuff adjusters know. But this book is helpful to those who need a quick know how of what to do in a fender bender accident. I wish. No Secrets! SYV guy The thin paperback book, "Car Accidents Secrets" provides general common sense instruction on how to handle a personal injury case by yourself. I found no illuminating secrets in this book and the information it does offer is easily accessible on a number of free web sites, ie. Pain and suffering calculator. I suggest the writer provide more real life detail, and offer examples how to negotiate your claim with an adjuster. An adjuster will state there is no magic P&S calculator. I would expect the author to anticipate this and advise the claimant how best to reply. Overall, the book . Still need a lawyer this book was helpful with its diary, fact sheets and walk thru of what record keeping is involved.
