Would have given 0 stars if possible P. Manley This is absolutely the worst textbook I've ever had to use-- and I'm middle aged and read a LOT of textbooks. It is very badly written and difficult to read. The author uses two or three pages to say what could have been easily condensed into two sentences and made much more sense. Since this was an assigned book, I had/have no choice but to use it---if you have a choice DON'T.UPDATE: So the semester is over and I still think this is the most un-readable textbook in history.
