I have a BFA in Photography from SCAD, and I've been an active photographer for more than 15 years. Recently a good friend of mine asked me to teach her about photography and create a photo curriculum for her self study. Henry Horenstein authored many of the books I referenced when I took intro classes many years ago, so I was very happy to find this contemporary intro level text geared toward digital photography.The book covers the basic intro level information that one would expect- lens focal . It's a very useful resource. I like that it has pictures of myopinion This book was required for my beginners photography class so I rented it for the class. I found it so helpful that I decided to purchase it once the class was over. It's a very useful resource. I like that it has pictures of how the photo would turn out in various settings to accomplish specific effects. I'm glad it's a permanent part of my library now!. "It's good" according to Thomas Yoxall. This book was bought for my photography class and to be honest with you I've surpassed everything in it. However, the other people in my class have nothing but great things to say about it so I guess it must be good. Had I known I wouldn't actually need it I wouldn't have perched it.
