I was able to read this book pretty quickly but it explained a lot of the legalese in a home insurance policy that tells you whether something will be covered, and a lot of other things that it is better to know before making a claim (or before needing to make a claim.) It also goes over the situations where the insurance company doesn't cooperate or when you might need a lawyer.. Mary R said This book provides a lot of great information to help you determine what your policy covers. No one likes to think about natural disasters, but it's definitely something homeowner's must consider when purchasing insurance. This book provides a lot of great information to help you determine what your policy covers, as well as the process and steps involved with filing a claim. A good read for any homeowner.
