Must read for every working parent Meredith G. This book is filled with research and suggestions for how to successfully navigate the challenges of sharing work and family responsibilities in a two parent household. This is not the sort of self help book where the first chapter is all you need to read. Tips for returning from maternity leave are in the last chapter!. Great read! Awesome book.
