This is really the only instruction book you will ever need until you go professional! Buy it! You'll be glad you did. Very simple explanations and logical progression from one lesson to the next. I will be using this to teach all of my students from now on.. Very comprehensive I use this book to teach guitar to students from age 10-18 years. It is a complete method book and I found myself trying out some of the songs and exercises just for fun even though I've played guitar for 35 years. Would definitely recommend this over the previous guitar series I used as it is more sophisticated for the teenaged student musician..
