I won't be keeping it.i would only recommend it if you're a complete beginner or have never done any research. I attended Syracuse university metalsmithing program as well and found the authors experiences to be hers alone.. A Must Read for Artists with a Jewelry Line or those that want one S Berk I am more than half way thru this book and I would highly recommend it! It is easy to read and comprehend, she gives you good directions on anything she feel you should be utilizing. I have a shop and it did great the first years, but this year I have lost interest and not been keeping it up, plus I've had surgery. Decided to buy this book on Amazon and try it while rehabbing.
