While I do not want masks in my closest relationships, I also do want them in others. Looking at the flip side, I do not want to deal with coworker's inner demons or whatever they are dealing. I just want a nice, cordial work relationship.Taking things too far is a common fault in this book. Not every part of my life will be a masterpiece. There are parts of it tha. I'm so glad I found this book! I have the audio version of this book, and listening to the author reading is simply marvelous--powerful, funny, and ultimately helpful .
