Good read Good read as is everything I've read by Dennis Rainey. The topic is very near to my heart as I have a daughter that's about to turn 18 and she has a boy coming over tomorrow for me to talk to. I was looking for advice on how to handle this meeting and I found some good advice and encouragement in this book. One thing the book doesn't really cover is how to handle a situation where the boy doesn't seem to measure up.. "Dads, do this for your daughters." according to AJDads, do this for your daughters. Fantastic! I have two, young teenage daughters. I have used this method with three boyfriends so far; two would not live up to it and quickly lost interest. One of the hardest conversations I've ever had; but does get easier. Fathers, you are the only one that understands what your daughters' boyfriends are going through. Your wife does not.
