Review Kindle Customer Excellent thriller. Kept you guessing about the ending, but shows that there are limits and boundaries for everyone. Justice is not always blind. "Another great Scott Pratt read" according to Amazon Customer. Could not put this down. Great to the last page. I now have read all his books and have only one thing to add: more! More! More!. Disappointing! Although I really enjoyed the Joe Dillard book series, Scott Pratt's protagonists do seem to take on and defy the odds of surviving some pretty extreme and challenging situations. Character development is probably equal to plot in my "suspension of disbelief" and enjoyment of a novel, particularly mysteries. I liked Joe Dillard, his family, and his determination to defend them against all odds--even when his methods went beyond legal limits. I found Darren Street to be an interesting character in Book 1, and his prison experiences seemed graphic and realistic, but in this s
