This is another awful book on another item within Toyota's business system methodology. No wonder there are so many confused, frustrated, uninformed people out there on these topics.. Amazon Customer said Four Stars. Great book!! Easy to read. And very useful to implement Kanban.. This book only touch on the tip of iceberg. I will search for a heavyweight Kanban to study. I have seen the surface and need to drill down till the end of another fat book
