Great Book Landscape Architectural Graphic Standards has the same information as Time Saver Standards (and more), but is more thoughtfully organized. I can see the book being used by anyone, from a young professional studying for the L.A.R.E. to a seasoned professional needing an "all in one" reference book. Every professional library has books that are just pretty pictures for inspiration, but they don't really provide anything else. This book is full of the fundamental knowledge for the Landscape Architect.. Outstanding resource for landscape architects (and students too) Leonard Hopper has done a tremendous job of compiling an immense amount of information that covers a broad expanse of topics relevant to landscape architecture, from site analysis to the design of zoo exhibits and everything in between. One of the book's best and most useful features is the enormous compilation of detailed construction diagrams for all sorts of site elements. To top things off, the entire book is very well organized and easy to use.For years the only book with similar information was Time Saver Standards, which I have always found to be difficult to navigate, poorly organized, and lackin.
