I enjoyed the twist which I cannot get into because it Samirosenjacken I am an avid reader and have ready everything Lisa Scottoline has written. Most of her books get 5 stars from me but not this one. It's just ok. I enjoyed the twist which I cannot get into because it will give away the storyline. However, I didn't really understand the need for some of the characters and their individual stories. For example, Susan, Raz and Ryan were seemingly integral parts of the story for the first half of the book and then their storylines just vanish. The author makes a big deal of Mindy's drinking but then poof it is never mentioned. An. "Lots of surprises in this book!" according to Carole Wooten. I really enjoyed reading this book. I have to say that there were a few surprises along the way in this story and I really like surprises. Especially in books. I started reading this book thinking that things were going in a certain direction until everything changed and I had no idea where this book would end up. That is exactly the kind of reading experience that I like to have. This was one of those books that kept me guessing.Chris Brennan is seemingly perfect. But everything about him is a lie. He is hired to teach at the local high school and he is also. Perfect Scottoline once again One Perfect Lie is one perfect book. Another totally satisfying read from Lisa Scottoline. Couldn’t put it down, but that is always the case. The suspense starts immediately. Who is this fake teacher and what is he going to do? What is going to happen to these high school boys, these man-children? Are our schools really like this? If so, that is the most terrifying thing of all. Then about a third of the way in, the twist (the first twist?) is revealed and it’s stunning. But it has no effect whatsoever on the suspense and how worried you are about
