Great Christmas gift for beginner trumpet Great for beginners, it says level 2-3 on the front. I personally play clarinet and piano but bought this as a gift. The CD was what attracted me to this book because students can play along with the music instead of just "practicing". I thought it was a good price for a book that included the CD of accompanying music that kids actually know and like.I only subtracted a star because the item description wasn't as helpful as I would have liked and I was buying for a child I don't personally know. It was difficult to tell what the books idea of "level 2-3" was without seeing more info or a sample page of music. Eve.
