Every parent should read this book. I bought this book for two reasons. First, this case is very relevant in 2016, though the girls were brutally raped and murdered for kicks 23 years ago in a 'safe' sleepy American working class neighborhood. I remember the murdered girls' parents being upset when the Supreme Court ruled that murderers who were 17 years old or younger when they committed their crime couldn't be executed.
