V. Webb said 100% CHALENE. The thing about Chalene Johnson is that you either love her or you just don't get her at all. I happen to love her, which is probably a good thing for a reviewer of this book. Are there earth shattering revelations in this book? Nope, nothing that hasn't been said often and possibly better by other writers on goal setting, time management, fitness and motiv. Struggling to get everything done? Then this book is for YOU!
