It is a good starting point for anyone interested in diversifying their investment portfolio or attracting money using the new investment mechanism – crowdfunding. I found some interesting information about the deals closed by REC platforms in the past as well as interviews with the platforms’ founders.What I would add to the book:• Opportunities provided by crowdfunding to “ordinary Joes” to fund a down payment for a primary residence, fix and flip, or avoid a foreclosure.
