Rush Hour Express German

"Disappointed!" according to cstr8. I have the "Rush Hour" in both in French and Italian and love them both. I used them to refresh my French and learn a few expressions in Italian before a trip to Europe. With an upcoming trip to Germany in the works, I ordered this disc. However, in order to save some $, I ordered a used copy. Big mistake. There is no script provided, so I have NO idea what these words look like in a written version. I am hearing impaired, so not seeing the written word, makes it almos. Poorly Structured I listened to this disc once and I thought, anyone can make this. Everyone says Rosetta Stone is the best language learning software. I do not agree. And this one is just bad. If you're looking for a really well structured learning technique you should check out Michel Thomas. His teaching method, so far, is the best I've tried. I only purchased this one to see if it would help me improve my German. It's just a waste of money.. Rush Hour Quickie My sister in law is going to Switzerland for Xmas and she will be staying with locals who speak fluent German. She speaks only English but after spending some time with this disk, she is able to at least count, point and ask for some bare essentials if it becomes necessary. The disk is not an in depth language tutor, however, it will give you enough confidence to make an effort (which so few of us Americans are willing to do when we travel abroad) to give a few German
