I have read others review and agree that some of the tone of this book can be a little off putting. However from a females perspective most guys are misogynistic. And men tend to view virginal women as a golden ticket to some idea of perfection. I did find Dom's character a bit stalker-ish but he himself says he was this way but he also had reason behind his action that turned out to be quite noble.
