Simple Genius: King and Maxwell, Book 3

Simple Genius: King and Maxwell, Book 3
Description
But what is the significance of the phrase 'codes and blood'? Directly across the York River from Babbage Town lies the sinister CIA training ground Camp Peary, where Monk Turing's body was found. Meanwhile the dead man's young daughter, piano-playing prodigy Viggie, has secrets of her own. Realizing that Michelle is teetering on the brink of self-destruction from long-buried demons, Sean arranges therapy for his reluctant partner. Sean accepts a much-needed job. Sean King and Michelle Maxwell are both haunted by their last case. But instead of focusing on her recovery, Michelle unearths disturbing secrets in the hospital. In Simple Genius, David Baldacci reintroduces the main characters from best sellers Split Second and Hour Game. A physicist, Monk Turing, has died in mysterious circumstances near Babbage Town - a secretive establishment populated by an eccentric group of scientists and cryptographers, funded by an anonymous but powerful group. With both the FBI and CIA breathing down Sean's neck, can he discover the truth? And will he be in time to save Michelle from herself? Simple Genius is followed by First Family, The Sixth Man and King and Maxwell.
"Not my favorite but got better" according to Amazon Customer. I elected to give this only a Not my favorite but got better I elected to give this only a 3 because I thought the book was a little slow in the beginning and didn't care much for the mental hospital portion of the book. Seemed a little disjointed. Once that portion was over the book got better.. because I thought the book was a little slow in the beginning and didn't care much for the mental hospital portion of the book. Seemed a little disjointed. Once that portion was over the book got better.. Great Series But a Bad Book Ira B. Korman Uninspired with a ridiculous plot and a bunch of pseudo psychology. A poor attempt to make a political point about the CIA and big government. The first Baldacci book that fails at all levels. Flipped through pages in the hope it would get better but it never does. A waste of precious reading time. I love the King and Maxwell series and David Baldacci but, everyone is entitled to at least one failure and this is Bald. "Three storylines that converge into one" according to Kindle Customer. Starts with lots backstory and then builds following multiple stores that converge into the finally. In this story, like the previous one, you get to know more about the leading character in this case, Michelle.Ended rapidly, a little to quick for me, but a good ending.
