I really like the compactness of the book Amazon Customer I haven't had a chance to read the book, however, I really like the compactness of the book. It fits well in my computer bag and backpack. Thanks. "Satisfied as usual!" according to Amazon Customer. Exactly what I wanted in a reasonable amount of time! Great reference for any quality conscious professional.. Good practical mini-guide that will actuall fit in your pocket. Unfortunately, my arms are getting a little short for my eyes and the print would strain the eyes of a hawk. Those who are in their 50's will understand this comment.That said, this little book packs quite a bit of good information into a very compact space. The cover indicates the book is for Six Sigma Improvement Teams. I purchased this for my own use, but there would be great benefit in giving this to team members who are just learning Six Sigma. Truely a great reference.I wish I had purchased the Kindle version which actually would have been less expensive.
