Love it! I think this should be required reading for everyone. Whatever boundaries or weaknesses you thought limit you - there is a plan/schedule/training to improve it!. MBochat said Interesting. .but way more work to do his program than it was worth. you may only be in the gym for four hours, but every other waking minute is spent doing something else, that I'll take hitting the ellipitcal.
