I am a HUGE fan of the Idiot's Guides. Most of the info here was pretty much things I already knew about dreams. Chapters I did find interesting were the Color chapter AND the modes of sleep. If I had purchased this 10 years ago when I was just on the journey of Dream Interpretation, I would have loved this book.
