Zack Jennings said Loved it. I have read all of these books. This one did not disappoint. Unlike the TV Series and the Nikki Heat Books, Derrick Storm plays on the world stage more super spy than NYC Detective. Fast paced action with big themes, world wide consequences. Is it James Bond good? Well, it's as good as some James Bond books. Who is Richard Castle? No one knows but I suspect it is more than one author. There is a hint in the acknowledgements. There are some situations that are so absurd it makes me feel suckered to have bought this book. Right in the beginning, the antagonist sets up an ambush by rigging a house to burn up Will Robie. After robie gets into the house, flames pop out in various places, to drive him out the back door, where flames pop out of the ground creating a corridor robie must run down toward a lake, which robie. NOT HIS BEST WORK I have read many of the reviews written about this book and just can't agree with the people who gave it five stars. I love David Baldacci's books and have enjoyed most of them but this one was predictable and just didn't grab me. The opening scene got my attention and led me to believe that it was going to be another Will Robie page turner however, it fell flat after that. I continued to read hoping that it would pick up, which it did, somewhere around the middl
