It sounded more like literary fiction to me, but the turn of events in the story completely bamboozled me.I wish the author turned it into a series of Dr. Edwards' misadventure so we can get to know more about him. The House on the Lynch Street was very similar to certain Alfred Hitchcock's stories, and I loved the twist in the end. I think the character of Dr. Edwards was very unique, and deserves a spot in most unique villains of our time. I hope the author will write more stories like this one as I love reading old school mysteries .
