Some people might want to start at the beginning and write down the characters for each period in order to keep them straight and to make the connections.Since I live in NC, I enjoyed the Carolina connectionscould actually picture the scenes which is always fun to do.Story is interesting as it was a story line not found in other things I have read. I find myself wondering if the two main groups are ba. New guy in town on the good fiction side! Interesting characters; plot moves along with surprises along the way. Did not have a dead zone that causes me to lose interest. I am looking forward to the next book. Hope this stays in the mix as an ongoing story. Great read for a first novel..
