Description
"Disappointed in my fellow reviewers for leading me astray" according to Joyous. While I'm far from the target audience for this book (26, female), I've read my fair share of young adult novels. The high ratings on this book genuinely shock me. The PREMISE of the story is great. The execution left quite a lot to be desired. The set up of the story had promise, but then BAM: all of a sudden a bunch of poorly explained but important facts get thrown at the main character and she accepts them with very little argument. It was recommended by a friend. The general idea seemed great, exactly like the usual sort of thing I like to read, but the execution was lacking. I think this had the potential to be so much more interestin
